  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (select locations only)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • We do not support international shipping at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through the carrier’s website.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly, at no additional cost to you.
